Kennett Timepieces extends deal with Wolf & Badger
Kennett Timepieces has struck a deal to extend its partnership with London retailer Wolf & Badger, in a move which the company hopes will further raise the profile of the brand.
From May, British watch brand Kennett will now be sold through Wolf & Badger’s boutique in London’s Notting Hill, as well as through its online store.
The retailer has selected several timepieces from the brand’s Kensington and Savro collections, with a focus on rose gold and milanese straps.
Wolf & Badger, which sells exclusive fashion, homewares and accessories from independent labels, has a highly engage social media audience with a total of 80,000 followers. Kennett hopes that further promotion through these channels will help expose the brand to a new customer.
Tom Kennett, founder of the eponymous brand, said: “Our partnership with Wolf & Badger is significant in terms of positioning Kennett as watch brand for design enthusiasts. Wolf & Badger has a fantastic track record discovering and supporting emerging design talent and we’re delighted to be one of those.
“The shop has an affluent and engaged clientele, and we look forward to introducing these shoppers to the chic, minimalist Kensington line and our classically styles Savro collection, both of which have been designed in Britain.”
Henry Graham, creative director and co-founder of Wolf & Badger, said: “We’re really excited to stock Kennett. The designs are classic but with a contemporary twist. I’m sure they will be a hit with our customers.”
