Tasaki unveils news Danger collection

For the first time, the ‘danger diamonds’ series introduces a gender-neutral tennis necklace, tennis bracelet and other variations

Japanese jewellery maison, Tasaki, has released its new pearl and diamond Danger collection which comprises over 30 pieces of chokers, necklaces, earrings, ear cuffs and rings.

The ‘danger’ series includes a pearl necklace available in two forms – a long length necklace and a choker, both with danger’s thorn motif set within each individual pearl.

The volume of the necklaces reportedly allows for versatile styling for any gender, and the four-strand choker and accompanying bracelet both offer the same thorn motif.

Additionally, the ‘danger spike’ series includes earrings, pendant and ring which use a single South Sea Pearl with the nature of the danger motif. Previously, the design for the danger series consisted of one thorn motif for each individual pearl, but the new pieces are decorated with numerous thorns on each pearl.

Meanwhile, the ‘danger diamonds’ series use diamonds which are set with the thorn motif to capture maximum light. For the first time, the series introduces a gender-neutral tennis necklace, tennis bracelet and other variations.

The ‘danger plus / danger plus diamonds pave’ pieces display pearls lined along a curve finished with a thorn. The pieces include designs in yellow gold, white gold and pave-set diamonds.

In addition, the ‘danger tribe’ pieces include hoop earrings and an ear cuff, while the ‘danger neo / danger neo diamonds pave’ consist of three pearls decorated with the thorn motif in yellow gold, and it also includes a white gold diamond pave design.

In the Tasaki workshop, diamonds are hand cut from rough diamonds to achieve a Triple Excellent GIA rating, and Tasaki is the only site holder of De Beers in Japan.
