Lark and Berry partners with Diamond Foundry

Luxury jewellery brand Lark and Berry has announced a partnership with diamond growing company, Diamond Foundry. The jewellers has now released a sustainable collection with the Silicon Valley-based, zero carbon footprint diamond company. A 64.5ct necklace from the collaborative collection was unveiled on singer, actor and activist Billy Porter at the opening ceremony performance at this year’s Academy Awards. Other pieces in the new collection include a set of long earrings, stud earrings and a “dazzling” collar necklace, all set in 18k white gold. Lark and Berry designer, Emily Newman, said: “In brainstorming these designs, I was ultimately drawn to exquisite trillion and baguette stones in delicate sizes. “These cuts of Diamond Foundry created diamonds allowed me to create a graphic piece with the clean aesthetic that Lark and Berry is known for.” She added: “The lines of diamonds shining out from the center of this stunning new necklace drew inspiration from the natural wonder of a celestial supernova. We’re very proud of it; it’s set with over 500 stunning cultured diamonds.” Brand founder, Laura Chavez, said: “This partnership with Diamond Foundry has been a real highlight for our young brand, bringing together the two most disrupting forces in today’s luxury diamonds jewelry landscape. “This partnership marks a watershed moment in the world of cultured diamonds, where two hugely notable players have ‘crossed the pond’ to meet and work together. London’s Lark and Berry brings to the table our award-winning design with our exclusive use of only cultured diamonds and stones in our fine jewelry.” She added: “From the moment I began speaking with Diamond Foundry’s company leaders in Silicon Valley, we both mutually agreed a collaboration just had to take place; it was a match made in heaven and debuting at this year’s Oscars with someone as inspiring as Billy Porter is such a big platform for our collaboration. “We are two sustainability-led luxury brands who share the same outlook: We know the only truly rare thing we have is our planet, and we want to do anything we can to keep it healthy and naturally magnificent while still allowing people to have luxurious products.”
