Lark and Berry has launched a new competition to find an aspiring artist or jewellery designer to collaborate with on a limited-edition capsule collection that will debut early next year.
The brand, which was the first known fine jewellery designer to exclusively use only cultured diamonds and gemstones, said that the candidate must have an interest in sustainability
Candidates have been asked to submit a small portfolio and statement to Lark and Berry, and there is no limit to the number of pieces used in your application.
However, there have to be at least six pieces that can be part of the same collection including one bangle, one ring, one necklace/pendant and one pair of earrings.
The winner will receive the opportunity to have their six-piece capsule collection made in 14k or 18k gold, diamonds and other precious stones of fine jewellery, which will then be sold in-store and online at the Lark and Berry website.
Lark and Berry’s founder, Laura Chavez, will choose the winner, and the winner will also be featured in promotions across the group’s social media accounts and media interviews, subject to the press interest. A cash prize will also be given to the successful candidate.
Submissions for the competition opened last Friday (12 June), and will close at 11:59pm on 20 July 2020.
