How did you get to be where you are today?

Drive and willingness to annoy people who are more important than me.

Which aspect of your job do you enjoy most, and why?

Everything apart from the admin. 

What is your proudest achievement?

My team. We have built up a formidable team of 13 people at Fenton across our London and Mumbai offices, and are continually expanding as we identify new areas to create a best-in-class customer experience and improve our supply chain so that we can continue to pass on cost savings to our customers.

What is the best life advice you have ever been given?

If you find yourself in hell, keep moving.

What is your next goal?

Europe. We have honed in on a number of new territories where the concept of designing your own ring using ethically sourced precious gemstones doesn’t yet exist, and we can’t wait to launch there.
